101 Things to know about Me!!

1 I absolutely adore my baby girl…she is the love of my life
2 I go by my middle name because my Mother didn’t like the way Michelle Angela flows
3 I was born overseas in Okinawa—we lived there for 18 months
4 My first plane trip was when I was 18mos—we were moving from Okinawa to Kansas
5 I lived in Kansas for about 18mos
6 Then we moved to North Carolina for another 18mos
7 Then we moved to Germany…I lived in Germany for about 6 years, in three different places
8 I LOVED Germany, and being in school with other kids who’s parents were also in the military
9 I kissed my first crush when I was 5…
10 …she was a girl… and I loved her…
11 We played together all the time—her Mom was my child care provider
12 It was there that I also had my first boy kiss…
13 he had just eaten Pringles, so now I think of that when I smell plain Pringles—yuck
14 I have had more girlfriends as a kid than I have as an adult…
15 I like it that way…
16 I remember getting excited about getting my military ID when I turned 10
17 I knew I was “gay” at age 2 when my Great Aunt Rachel and I had “something” in common—I just knew
18 My Mom claims she never knew I was a lesbian…never had any clue about it
19 My Mom and I used to be soo very close…
20 I miss my Mom—and the way things used to be between us…
21 My Dad and I have never been close…
22 I knew my Mom was going to divorce my Dad before he knew…they never got divorced
23 My Mom and I left for Georgia January 1991…I drove to GA (12hs) by myself (following my Mom)
24 I met the first “love” of my life (in 1991)…
25 he is gay too…
26 he is my Male soulmate…and we are still very close
27 I cried everyday I was away from him…
28 We got married (in 1994—ages 19 & 18) for college grants, and then never applied for them…lol
29 We always wanted to have a child, but I’m glad we never did…I could never share my baby(s)
30 We got divorced in 1998—and we are still very close—thank god
31 My Dad was in the military for 20 years, which is why I was born in Okinawa
32 I came out my last semester in college—April 1997
33 Yay me…9 whole years as an OUT lesbian
34 I still carry one of my Mother’s secrets with me—don’t know that I’ll ever tell…
35 I love my parents very much which is why I feel so hurt about stuff…
36 I always feel the need to explain myself completely…that’s not a plus
37 I almost fear authority—also not a plus
38 I blame my parents for this one…
39 I refuse to raise my children how I was raised—This is definitely a ++PLUS++
40 I know I’m a great Mother/Mama/Mommy—my daughter lets me know so

42 I have a few medical issues that caused me 2 years of emotional turmoil while ttc—two whole years…
43 I have PCOS, migraines, asthma, chronic allergies, and a Latex allergy
44 I had perfect teeth before I got pregnant
45 Since being pregnant, I have had three fucking root canals…and no I’m not happy about it
46 I want to have another baby…we’ll start ttc’ing Spring 2007—wow…that’s close
47 I have OCD and ADD
48 I am a perfectionist…Type A personality all the way
49 I get so overwhelmed at times, I don’t know where to begin…
50 I got my driver’s license on my 16th birthday—passed both parts the first time
51 I went into labor and never freakin believed that it was true labor…
52 I was scheduled to be induced the following week
53 I labored for 30 hours, pushed for 4 hours—loved every minute of it…
54 …can’t wait to do it again!!
55 I kinda want another girl, but am ready for either a girl or a boy
56 I’m addicted to my computer…
57 I love designing web pages…
58 I’m a loner, although I truly wish I weren’t…
59 I can count on one hand the truest friends I have in life…
60 I hate reading unless it’s something that interests me…
61 I’m a Registered Nurse and I really love that about myself

63 Brenna has one half sibling that she may not ever meet, although I’m not opposed to it

69 I love photography, but I’m not that great at it…

72 I used to have gorgeous hair…naturally wavy, thick and people would stop me and tell me
73 thanks to PCOS, I’ve been losing my hair since I was 16…
74 I’m only NOW able to even admit it or talk about it….and I hate that it’s an issue for me…
75 I hate shaving my legs—sometimes…
76 I think I’m a boring person…
77 I attended The Visual and Performing Arts Program in my Junior and Senior years in high school
78 I was also in the Maryland State Choir—got in my first audition!!
79 I spend waay too much time in the bathroom…lol
80 I love brushing my daughter’s hair
81 I blow my nose many times a day…it’s a must for me…lol
82 I wouldn’t mind going back to college—for psychology or microbiology
83 I’m a clutter big who hates to throw stuff away
84 I’ve moved—OMG—23 times in my life
85 I think I’m finally settled for a little while at least
86 I don’t have too many plans beyond the next say 5 years—I don’t know why
